Choose your people. Mr. Oxford steps in only if someone is unplaced, a crew is the wrong size, or role coverage is missing.

Invent
Every member writes two team-name ideas.

Decide
Choose three finalists. Rank them. Select a winner and one backup.

Submit
Team name, backup, members, first and second role interests, and one working agreement.
A team name must be:
- school-appropriate
- easy to say
- clear in credits
- not a private joke
Once a crew agrees to form, no one is removed to make room for another friend.
