Creative Direction Finder

One rule: there's no wrong answer. If you don't know, write "I don't know yet, but—" and guess anyway.

Before you start: Open a new Google Doc. Title it YourName – Creative Direction Finder. Number it 1 through 7 and write your answers as we go. Keep this doc — you'll use it again Wednesday.

    What tools have you already used, even a little? Photoshop, Premiere, Blender, a camera, drawing, writing, music — anything.

    Which of these pulls you most right now? Telling a story in pictures (comics, animation, film) · building or making a real object or 3D thing · capturing real moments (photography, documentary) · designing something people read or use (graphic design, apps, sites) · making something people watch or listen to move (motion graphics, music, sound). Pick one, even if unsure.

    Who would you want to make something for? Little kids, other teens, your family, the whole school, online community, just yourself.
